Construction progress

At the ONDE Hotel construction site, as of September 2025, earthworks for the foundation slab of Section No. 2 have been completed. Membrane waterproofing in this area has also been finished. Reinforcement of the foundation slab’s spatial framework is currently underway.

We have obtained the construction permit for the second hotel, ONDE Business, and submitted an application for the construction permit of the third ONDE Hotel.

Earthworks and preparatory activities are ongoing at the site of the second hotel. Construction of the second hotel is scheduled to begin in October.
