Construction progress

At ONDE Active, the third-floor slab and the foundation slab have been completed, along with concrete works on the third and fourth floors. The gas-block walls and partitions on the second floor are almost finished. Installation of the retaining wall for the complex’s drinking water reservoir is underway.

At ONDE Business, foundation and structural works continue. The drainage system is being installed, and reinforcement of the slope with mesh has begun. The sub-base concrete layer, along with horizontal and vertical waterproofing, is nearly complete.

At ONDE Chill, preparatory work for the hotel’s construction has been completed: the foundation pit has been excavated according to the updated design, the sub-base concrete layer has been poured, and the base for the tower crane has been built. The next step in July is pouring the hotel’s foundation slab itself.

Although the hotels are currently at different stages of construction, we are working toward bringing them into operation simultaneously. So that future ONDE guests can choose own pace: staying active, working amid mountain views, or slowing down to take in the beauty of the Lviv Carpathians.
