July was a month of growth for ONDE: floor by floor, foundation by foundation.

At ONDE Active, floor construction continues. The slab over the fourth floor has been completed. Concreting of the vertical structures of the fifth floor is underway. We are completing the retaining wall with backfill for the drinking water reservoir.

At ONDE Business, foundation works are ongoing: slope reinforcement with rebar mesh and concreting of the vertical structures of floor -1. In August, both processes will be completed, and the future hotel will move from the preparatory phase into active growth.

At ONDE Chill, preparatory works are wrapping up—installation of the tower crane. Already in August, this will allow work to begin on preparing and laying the hotel’s foundation slab. By the end of summer, ONDE Chill will officially begin its own construction story.
